Versa – Set "Insulated" Utility Buildings incorporate all the advantages of architectural precast concrete: Quality, Aesthetics, Durability, low maintenance, fire resistance, thermal and acoustical insulation and reduced construction time. Our buildings are manufactured to fit your needs and are of modular construction which means they can be disassembled and erected in another location if you choose. They can also be manufactured with an integral insulation in the panels for an R12 rating or higher. This allows the owner to have a building with a strong, durable maintenance free exterior and interior finish.
