Lakelands Concrete Products manufactures 1000-1500 gallon septic tanks, produced as a monolithic tank with no center joint ensuring a water tight tank.  All of our septic tanks are manufactured with 5,000 PSI concrete at our PCI certified plant.  Our tanks meet all of the New York State Health Department requirements set forth in their design handbook and appendix
75-A. 

We will unload and assist in the setting up of the septic tank in the contractor’s prepared excavation. Delivery range for septic tanks is primarily (but not limited to) a 60 mile radius from Lima, NY.

Norweco Septic Tanks
Norweco tanks are used as an alternative to septic tanks. The Singulair system works aerobically versus an-aerobically in the breakdown of bacteria in a system.  The aeration process uses flow equalization, pretreatment, aeration, clarification and a tertiary filtration process in one concrete tank.  The only mechanical component in the tank is the aerator that runs at 1725 RPM and runs for 30 minute intervals.  The Singulair system has a patented Bio-Kinetic device that assures all flows are equalized and completely treated.

Poly Septic Tanks
These tanks are ideal for locations to which a concrete septic tank cannot be delivered.  They are lighter than concrete and can be maneuvered with a backhoe. Each tank is backed by a 50 year limited warranty from the manufacturer.

Holding Septic Tanks  
Holding tanks are used in locations that require temporary storage of material to be pumped out at a later date. Lakelands Concrete Products offers holding tanks with both a 3” and 6” wall thickness.  The 3” wall holding tanks are not designed to have any heavy lateral earth pressure against the side-walls such as in a saturated earth condition; the tank must be placed in a well-drained location.  We recommend the use of tanks with a 6” wall thickness for use as holding tanks.

Flout Septic Tanks
The patented Flout tank system is used in onsite wastewater systems that require dosing of the leaching field.  The Flout system is an alternative to the old fashioned labor intensive siphon dosing system.  The Flout Tank comes to the job site completely assembled and ready for installation.

Equalizer Septic System
Lakelands Concrete Products distributes the Equalizer 24 chamber system by Infiltrator.  The chamber system does not require stone for leaching.  Instead, the system used the capacity of soil to manage wastewater.  The chamber system replaces the old fashioned method of stone and pipe trenches and uses the soil for effluent infiltration. The chambers allow for greater infiltrative area for superior performance.
